Our policy is valid within 14 days after signing. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to return an item customer is responsible for shipping back to us.

Note: Customers will be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); We are NOT responsible for shipping costs caused by non-quality replacement or return.
This requires you to send the problem/old product back, and we will send you a new replacement. This will cost customers more time and transportation costs, so we changed our policy.

In principle, exchanges are no longer processed. We will send you new replacements for FREE, old/problem products do NOT need to be sent back, customers only need to pay the flat postage, (usually $9, depending on different countries) which will save your time and high international shipping costs.
HOW WILL MY REFUND BE DISTRIBUTED?
-You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid
-Please be aware that the product must come in its original packaging and must be returned in the original condition that it was received, unused. We reserve the right to decline any item that comes back to us used.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SALE/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale/promotional items cannot be refunded.
-Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout – You must press “Apply” to see the order total update.
-We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
-Only one code can be used on a purchase
-Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If it’s more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time.
