What is the status of my order?
To check your order status, simply log into your account and click "Order History."
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.
Do l need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship most of the world. To change regions, simply click on the region icon near the Cart on the top right corner of the website and select from the list of shipping destinations. We will continue to launch shipping to other regions. For updates, subscribe to our email list or follow us on social.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Can I change the delivery address after the package has been shipped?
We have an automated system for order processing, therefore they cannot be canceled or modified onceshipped. If the order is canceled by the customer after has been shipped, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
Why is my order delayed?
Orders dispatched from the Chinese warehouse will be shipped through our trusted carriers in China. They will be sent to local transit stations and then handed over to the local carriers for final delivery.
Possible reasons for the delay:
- After arrival at the destination airport, local customs inspection.
- The local post office did not update the information when the last delivery was made.
- The customer does not fill in the mobile phone number so the delivery information is missing.
What is your return policy?
All products purchased from our website, except for gift cards, may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping costs, no questions asked. International return orders may be subject to return shipping fees.
Account
You can create an account to track your orders and start a return process if you need to.
How do I reset my password?
You can request a new password, by clicking here and selecting “I Forgot My Password” where you will be prompted to enter your email. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Do you save my bank details?
Absolutely not! We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.
