I bought these joycons January last year and they feel just the way they did when I first bought them a year later. The grip is very comfortable, like holding a regular controller, but better since they have some sorta anti-slip for the grip. The RGB colors are also very neat and I like using the red ones when it's dark since it's easier on the eyes. You can also just turn them off, but I like the color ring! Not that I play in the dark often, but the few times I have, it's been nice. The buttons are lasting very well too, I always worry that the A button will give out considering how often I'm mashing it, but it's staying strong to this day. It has all the functions of a regular joycon, including the vibration, which you can turn off in the settings, but I like it for when I fish in Animal Crossing! Easier to react that way.
I have famously small hands compared to many of my friends, but these fit perfectly. I was sort of worried it was going to be too small, but nope. Great if you have smaller than average sized hands or issues with finger flexibility.
Decent selling price too considering how long they've lasted me compared to the joke that is the nintendo-issued joycons, I could never go back after these ones. Best thing is that it's got a bit of heft to it, it doesn't feel like you're holding cheap plastic. I've played Smash Bros with them on wireless and they respond well there too, although I'm also not the best at the game just yet. But still! I have not found any issues. It's just an upgrade in every way.
I highly recommend these if you want joy cons that feel more comfortable in your hand than the pro-controller even! But they are a bit heavier then them, so be aware of that.

there are definitely a good controller but i accidently bought the case wich was way to big for the slim version.

Had a few joycons and never felt that they were loose or had wiggle room. In the order I received, one side was loose and clicks, doesn't feel properly on the rails. They said they couldn't send another individual replacement because they couldn't guarantee the next one wouldn't wiggle as well. Quality control?
I loved these joycons and I thought that they are way better than the official ones and they are cheaper. My only concern was that the texture of the grip on the back of the joycons is very rough but I got used to it. 5 stars
